Do some research online. You will know best how much you want to pay and how much data you need. Then you can make an informed opinion.

There are lots of places you can compare deals now - comparethemarket,
moneysupermarket,
uswitch,
billmonitor are some that I use.
You can filter by device, network, up front and monthly amounts.
There are also 3rd party websites like carphone warehouse, mobiles.co.uk, mobilephonesdirect.co.uk that you can use. Some of these appear on the comparison sites, others not.
