I am nearly at the end of my 2 year contract and I was wondering if o2 give decent offers or discounts to existing customers? I've only been with them 2 years

To get the best offers, call 202 and choose "I'm thinking of leaving" from the options.

@DanW be aware though O2 work on the basis of treating everyone the same so the deal you may be offered may be one available to a new customer as well, they don't really reward loyalty anymore (thought you may be lucky but it will likely only be a token offer)
