Today one of your colleagues called to talk about an upgrade but haven’t got back to us when they said they’ll call back a half 1

Hi @Lavernbb you're not talking to O2 here, we're all just customers.

We would always recommend calling O2 on 202 from your mobile for upgrades rather than doing it from a cold call from them as more often than not they are not really from O2 but from one of their trusted partners who will put you on a business tariff.

@Lavernbb

This isn’t o2 I’m afraid.

Please see all ways to contact here Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Very good advice. Be very careful and take a number you can call them back to verify it's O2.

@Lavernbb  Never agree to anything from a cold call. If you're looking to upgrade, you initiate it. We've seen countless numbers of people roped into contracts they neither wanted or asked for, and no way to get out of them. Unfortunately, it's a common practice with some of O2's so-called 'trusted partners'.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
