@Upgrade Firstly, this is not O2 you're talking to. This is a customer to customer community, and no one here has access to anyone else's account information. Secondly, you can look on your MyO2 page to see when you would be able to upgrade, but at a guess, I'd say that only being a customer for four months wouldn't be anywhere near a long enough amount of time to be able to do that. It might be an idea for you to speak to customer service. You can call them on 202 from your phone from 8am. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

@Upgrade If you are on a Refresh contathen you will need to pay off your device plan before you upgrade. Take a look at my guide here.

If if you are on sim only then you can upgrade after 3 months of consecutive bills paid on time
