I upgraded to a 16g iPhone at the weekend but the memory isn't enough is it possible for me to go into a store an change it to one with a higher memory on it?

As you are within the 14days you can return the phone. You will need to cancel the contract though as the one you currently have is based on pricing /tariffs for the 16gb model. If you are near to an O2 store it may be quicker for you to do it that way.(as long as you don't want the rose gold 64gb model) wink

I believe I'm right in saying that you would need to cancel your current contract and return your device and then reapply for another contract/device.

If you bought it in store you can take it back to the store.
If it was online it needs to be returned in the post.

As said, o2 policy means returning and cancelling the contract, paying for any usage and reordering. It isn't possible to simply exchange it.
