Hi, why I still cant upgrade my phone if on a contract its says that I can do it a month earlier?

Is your bill up to date?

As bob said, phone O2 or visit a store, they will be able to look into it for you.

If it won't let you Do this in myo2 then ring them on 202 or visit a store.
