You have just upgraded my blackberry mobile (edited personal info),We have not yet received the new phone ref order (edited personal info) another blackberry curve 9320.for some reason i have lost the network connection for emails etc on my old phone it will be some time before i will be able to set up the new phone,why should there be any differance ,why was i contacted to upgrade my phone by an o2 call centre then recive a confirmation email from a company called BUZZUZZ ,I had no reason to think otherwise I neaver gave them any personal information has they said they had all my account information for the upgrade seems strange when my account is with o2 ,I will wait for your intrest on this subject

Not a good idea to post your phone number in a public forum unless you're fond of spam.
It could have been a sales agent but I've never heard of them.

Never heard of them but something with that name is got to be a scam of some sort, buzzbuzz maybe but buzzuzz I don't think so
