So looking at 'My o2'.
I've had my Iphone for about 2 years now, on an 18 month contract, but when I go onto my upgrade page, apparently I have no accounts to upgrade. I'm still paying the full amount for my contract even though I've had no contact from o2 what-so-ever regarding my account with them. Makes me feel like I don't exsist .. which is worrying.
Has anyone else had the same problems, or have any advice for me?

I would check with CS, it sounds like another issue with the main site.
You could try it with a different browser to be sure.
