So I decided to upgrade today, to a ZFold7.
The store didn't have it in stock, and I didn't want to wait for it to arrive. It was a click and collect order.
So I had to phone customer service to get it cancelled, to then apply for another upgrade handset.
But it's been referred to credit risk. Is this because the system is picking up the 2 upgrades so to speak within a short time frame?

Yes, this is why, and you are credit checked each time you do an upgrade..
Best thing to do now is to wait..
