Another option is to call into your local O2 retail store and establish what options they might have on offer :-

Upgrading with O2
To upgrade:
Sign in to My O2 and choose a phone
Call them free from your mobile on 202
Call them from a landline on 0344 8090202 (standard rates apply)
Visit one of their stores. To find your nearest store check online or use the store locator
You can also take out a custom plan with O2. See here for details
