So many problems returning the phone on switchup now
What was once a simple process instore has now been made far too complex by O2
Customers end up paying for two phones and it seems there is no one capable enough in customer service to make the necessary amendments to the system
They seem to want to deal with incorrect bills on a month by month basis or by dealing with complaints that take weeks to get response
I see many tears of frustration in the coming weeks/months....
