I received a call from o2 for an early upgrade (25/7) I’ve received all my contract info via email etc, does it take longer for a phone to be dispatched from a call ???

You may find the phone is out of stock. It will show on their website but their stock system is not 'live'
The sales team (details above) will let you know.
Once you get a dispatch email, only then will the phone be on it's way to you.
