Upgrade

So last week I had the option to “upgrade on us” , however today it says I need to pay the remainder of my contract to upgrade ?

Was your original contract with Carphone Warehouse on O2?

If so, O2 did provide that option, although it appears to be finished now.

You could call O2 and see if they can help you with a better deal. All numbers are in this guide.

Yes a third party retailer. It looks as of that promotion might be finished though. Originally started by O2 to bring customers directly to them and get the business.

As I said in my previous post, give O2 a call and see what they can offer.
