Upgrade

Ordered a upgrade on the 17th and says waiting for stock still. But when I look on o2 it says there in stock, but my upgrade still says awaiting stock. Thanks

@Shaz72 We are all customers and have no knowledge of what's in stock. O2's stock reporting isn't live. Maybe one day it will come into the 21st Century, but for now you'll have to rely on what your upgrade is telling you.

Hi thanks for that I know it's not live but when I go into actually buy the phone it says in stock now, that's the confusing bit thanks

Many moons ago it used to be that Upgrade stock was separate from new contract stock...

A lot of handsets are stuck in China / Czech republic etc due to lack of freight traffic both Road and Air
