In feb I rang to upgrade to a PHONE contract with no credit check that I was GUARANTEED! And was told I had to wait a further 3 months as in fact it is not THREE MONTHS!!
That same day I was put on a different tarif without me even knowing so I called and changed back to original one! Because of that it reset my upgrade dates so that then made it I had to wait a further 6 MONTHS.
Total scam!!! Talked into contracts and promising things that they cannot do to get you into a contract. Will be writing to the CEO and trading standards.
Wish I stayed with Vodafone in 4 years I never had an issue and I would be upgrading next month!!! I’m furious
