Hi,
I have upgraded on O2 refresh as it said O2 would pay off my existing contract and allow me to take out a new phone. I continued to order my new handset and it is arriving tomorrow. However, logging onto My O2, my old phone is still there and it still has my existing contract details. How can i check that the refresh has been okay and that i will only have 1 bill. I dont what 2 contracts out at the same time.
Can someone help.

Your account will switch over when your new phone is dispatched.
