The S20 is in very limited supply which is being made worse by restrictions due to the coronavirus.

Depending on when you pre ordered, you could be looking at 5 weeks to get your device.

O2 will keep you informed by email when they have some news to tell you.

You'll hear from O2 when they have some news - most likely the next email will be when it's dispatched - unless there is a further delay to let you know about
