Upgrade

Hi

Thinking of upgrading from my samsung S5 to the S10. When I rand 202 and chose the upgrade option I got a text message to say eligible for a standard upgrade for £241, what does this mean? What can I upgrade to for £241? My S5 is paid outright so I dont know anything on it.

It may be an upfront cost you have to pay on a device of your choice. Or to settle your existing sim only contract, if that's what you have now?

Unfortunately we have no acccess to your account so no one knows for sure. You need to ring customer services and they will explain your upgrade options for you Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

Or go instore if you have one local to you.
