Hi I tried to upgrade online however upon checkout the website failed? When I’ve went back on to do it today it says I’ve ran out of codes to use?

You'll need to call customer service now Guide: How to find help & contact O2 but we generally recommend going in store to upgrade. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I don’t have time to go into store I work 6 days a week could I do it over the phone? Or will I be given more codes after today
