After upgrading yesterday it has gone thro wrong, how do I cancel the upgrade? It’s put me on a contract which has no minutes so I can’t call o2

Sounding like it's a SIM for tablet or mobile broadband being data only.
Speak to customer service to see if they can either change the plan to what you want or just tell them you want to return within your cooling off period.
