Hi

i would like to upgrade early my contract finishes end of February 

i am looking for 128 GB rose co,our I phone 7 I have been with 02 for a long time all my family are with 02, I don't want to pay more than I'm paying now which is £45

i know EE do something like this if I upgrade when my contract ends but I really want to stay with 02 but their monthly are £60 £70 a month.

should I wait and see what is on offer in February

Hi there,

 

Dial 202 and follow the prompts to leave O2. You'll get put through to retentions, who are staff with the ability to offer you a deal to stay on instead of leaving.

 

Just be aware that they aren't under any obligation to offer a deal, and it does depend on which advisor you speak to. If you don't get what you're looking for on the first call, try again a few hours later.
