How can I upgrade from a rolling monthly to a yearly with the automatic upgrade every 12 months

Just call CS or pop into any o2 shop.

But be sure you understand the T&C for the yearly upgrade plan !!

Indeed, ensure that you know the main point of the yearly upgrade plan which is you will need to return (in good condition (minus "wear & tear")) your current handset, so this is almost like leasing, you won't own the phones in this method
