How can I upgrade from a rolling monthly to a yearly with the automatic upgrade every 12 months

Indeed, ensure that you know the main point of the yearly upgrade plan which is you will need to return (in good condition (minus "wear & tear")) your current handset, so this is almost like leasing, you won't own the phones in this method
