Is it possible to upgrade my current device, without paying the device off. I have an iPhone XS Max, it has seen better days. I am currently suffering with network issues. So calls always seem to cut out, or not come through. My device plan runs out in summer 2022!!

I have been with O2 for ages, so would be a shame to leave them. But with the signal bad and my device being slow, I am wondering if there is an option.

Device plan must be paid off first.

You can always sell your phone to raise the cash to do so.

Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

That's annoying, my device wouldn't fetch much money as the screen is cracked.

As it's an iPhone you may be surprised.

eBay is a good place to sell a damaged device or try your local CEX.
