Upgrade with Carphone Warehouse

i am about to finish my 2 year contract on 2nd feb - i currently have 25 for device and 25 for plan to pay off to end this.

My o2 states if i pay 25 to pay off device, i could upgrade.

i would really like the Google pixel but have been advised o2 do not do any plans for this and is only available at Carphone Warehouse plus i require to upgrade my data as 2gb isnt enough.

could anyone advise if i would have to pay both fee's to upgrade through another company but stay with o2 or if this would only require paying off the device fee to upgrade.

It doesn't matter where you upgrade. If you have 25 to pay off device that's all you need to pay.
No refresh with cpw though.

You can upgrade anytime as long as the device is paid off. Just make sure you explain to CPW that you want to upgrade otherwise you may have two contracts running.

If you upgrade through CPW it will be a standard 24 month contract
