Upgrade via uswitch

My pay monthly contract is coming to an end and I wish to keep my phone and number and just switch to a Sim only deal

I've found a real on uswitch which is better than what the O2 portal is offering 

How do these upgrades work..is everything just transferred automatically from old to new cobtri?

Reminds me of the days I used to sell mobile phones, and the commissions.. now if my brain still remembers it (these figures might be wrong) the figures used to be something like

one2one new connection: £15

one2one upgrade:  £5

orange new connection: £20

orange upgrade: £8

PAYG was like £4 per box

We didnt sell cellnet or vodafone back then where I worked, so you can see why no one wants to do upgrades to existing customers...
