Hi

I just upgraded online today, so I do not have a new phone yet but my current line has been cut so I cannot make phone calls or send texts.

Is there anything that can be done so that I can use my existing phone until my new one turns up.

Makes no sense to me as I'm upgrading and not cancelling my contract.

Thanks
