So I recently upgraded my plan from 12gb to 100gb a month, now with corona I'm stuck at home, 100gb isnt enough to see me through and I want to upgrade to unlimited data. I have no wifi so the data is my only means to access the internet and I'll run out soon. I've tried to upgrade through the app but it isnt letting me, I'd imagine this is because I'm in the second month of my new contract so sees it as being too new. The lines are also down understandably, is there anything that can be done about this?
