Upgrade to iPad

Hello! 

I’m hoping that you can help; I recently looked to take advantage of the iPad Air that’s on offer until 1st September. I had a 20GB for £20 SIM Only contract (purchased my handset outright). I wasn’t eligible to upgrade as I have an Apple Watch as well as my SIMO on my account. However, I was able to get through to order said iPad and it all went through okay. 

My issue lies in the fact that now the SIM for the iPad has taken over my SIMO plan and is now a 1GB Data Only plan with my personal number associated with the SIM card in it. Is there anyway that a new SIM card can be put into the iPad with a different number and I’m able to get my old number (I’ve had it ever since I’ve had a contract phone; over 15 years now) back as a SIM Only plan? Obviously I don’t have the option to upgrade unless I pay off the device plans for the iPad and the Apple Watch. 

TL;DR, I just want my SIMO plan back with my number and the iPad with a different number on my account, please.

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
