I have two devices on My O2 account for my daughters. I have upgraded one, but when I want to upgrade the second device it always defaults to the original device's phone number. How can I by pass this to upgrade the second device?

They should all be separate so this doesn't happen so you might find it easier to check in store on your upgrade.
