I ordered an upgrade for Samsung Galaxy S20 FE orange on 6th January. At the time of ordering it said next day delivery - half an hour after ordering I recieved a message to say item out of stock and I'll recieve it soon.
It's nearly 2 weeks since ordering and I haven't heard anything more about when I will recieve the upgrade. I've checked the website and it is stating next day delivery for that device still, if so where is my phone?

We have no idea on the community
The O2 system does not have a live stock version so phones always show as in stock
You need to call customer service for an update
