Upgrade issues

I did an upgrade on my phone today via the online chat at MyO2 but I think that I have been mislead to believe that I have been offered a better deal than what it actually is. How can I get in contact with someone to discuss my concerns

You will have to call o2 Customer Services or Sales, on 08442 02 02 02 you should have also received an email with full details of what you have agreed to.

Current Phone: Galaxy Fold - o2 5G
I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
