My current sim/number is blocked due to being lost.
To continue with my upgrade I need to input digits from a text but I no longer have access to this sim.
Please advise

thanks

You need to start by reporting the sim lost and O2 will send you a replacement to continue with your upgrade.

You will have problems activating a new sim otherwise, even if you did manage to upgrade.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
