Hi last Thursday I upgraded to iPad Pro 11 2021 5G 512GB on my pay monthly contract and selected click and collect as it said I could collect In mins at my local o2 store at Stratford Westfield. I received a confirmation email that order has been received but since then the order status has stayed in processing.
I have contacted customer services on Sunday through chat who said it’s still processing and I should receive email. I contacted them again today and they said to goto store I went to store and was told they do not have anything. Really is frustrating as I regret not doing home delivery which said would be delivered next day. but as I’m at work nobody would be in to receive it.
any ideas?

Most likely out of stock so you would not have received one via either method.
If your local store has one in, you could cancel the online order and buy from the store directly.
