Upgrade gone wrong!

So I upgraded my note 9 to a iPhone 12 pro max last night, all well and good.

Woke up this morning to notice I had no service on my note so thought oh will be cos new phone is coming today.

iPhone arrives and this also has no service with the new SIM. O2 website is terrible and asking me to get some sim swap text message, but seeing as I have no service on either phone I cant get texts 😂

And tried calling O2 5 times tonight every time as I'm about to get connected to a person I get...."Bye thanks for calling O2"

How hard is it to speak to someone for goodness sake!!!!

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
