Upgrade gone wrong

Hello, I went through to placing an upgrade for my o2 sim and chose the iPad, I set up contract that I would have to pay £70 upfront, as that’s gone through it’s taken the money and o2 has sent no confirmation email that it will be delivered since it’s in stock now, I don’t know who to talk to and whether I should just buy it again as it’s in stock now

Hi I don't think you should buy it again.
If O2 took the money then probably the process went through.
Did you receive any email containing the contract for your device?
Have you received any dispatch email from O2 yet?

You can call O2 customer service to know more
Read the article and try the numbers. I heard the one that ends with 4005 is better option to try first

There's no guarantee that there are any in stock.

The website doesn't track live stock levels.

Once you have placed the order, you need to wait for a confirmation email from O2 to tell you it has been dispatched. This will give you tracking details http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order#qs

I placed the order on the 19th of April and I haven’t heard anything only the emails containing the contract which I got straight away
