Upgrade from Sim only

Hi

I have 2 Sim only contracts. Bills are paid on time so on.

I tried to upgrade to a new handset today but they said I had to wait another 34 days, but I can add more Sim onlys if needed!

My phone is broken hence why I tried too upgrade. Would retentions have any poke on this.. Ee have offered me a full contract no problem

Call 202 and speak to upgreades.
