Can you still upgrade pay monthly phones up to three months before contract end without penalty? I did this the last couple of times I upgraded but I can't see anything about it on the O2 website now and I haven't been able to get through to O2 on the phone or Live Chat.  Thanks.

No, not usually. It's just one month early. But I did get a free 3 month early upgrade the other week for asking retentions.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you are on a refresh contract you can pay off whatever's left on the device plan then you are free to cancel the airtime part if you wish or upgrade to a new phone & tariff
