Upgraded my phone 2 weeks ago to a new tariff. Have been checking on MYO2 and it still has the old tariff info on. I figured it may wait until the end that billed month but this finished on 19th.
I checked the new tariff and it has not switched to the new one...
My contract ends 31st August (I upgraded 1 month early) so does it change at the end of the contract or should it have changed as soon as I put the new sim in? Previously have just put the old sim in the new phone but as new phone is a micro-sim, I couldn't do this.
Have spent over an hour on hold to 202 over the last 3 days so hope I don't have to call again to sort this.
Other option is to go into a store at the weekend I guess.

Only 202 will be able to sort this account query the tariff should have changed the day the new handset was dispatched.
