Anyone else upgraded, ie changed tariff and got new phone and found it was not upgraded but dealt with as a new order????

Upgraded couple weeks ago and today discovered a second number had been applied to account and this had new tariff and old tariff still running and being used up!!

They are now supposed to be swapping old number onto new sim (still waiting several hours later) so new tariff can be used but have feeling will be charged for both tariffs this month!!! unamused

It should be, but things have been known to shut down completely over weekends.....

Good luck with this 😀

Unfortunately in the meantime I'm thinking Monday or Tuesday before anything happens regarding the number transfer despite promises you've been made.

@jonsiewrote:

We find this happening frequently unfortunately. So many customers  have found this and obviously we only see the people joining the community to complain about this. It just makes me wonder about the hundreds of others we don't get to hear about.

Could be thousands. Lots of people either don't know this forum exists, or they just don't like posting.

Happened to me today too, called them up and said I wasn’t paying for two contracts and they are basically trying to blame me!

@AnonymousThanks for reporting this. Confirms what has already been said on the thread.

I'm afraid you need to keep pushing customer services. Not your mistake it's theirs Make sure you ask for any refunds outstanding.

Best of luck...:smileywink:
