Upgrade and bill date

Hi,

Does anyone know....I've recently upgraded my device and monthly plan with 02. I already had a contract with them, will my bill date remain the same or be affected by the date I changed the tariff?

Your billing date remains the same. 

The first bill after the upgrade will have an amount pro rata so may not show the exact new monthly cost. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
