I upgraded my then iPod pro 11 for my latest iPad Pro 12.5. I noticed only a couple weeks back that I’m still charged airtime for both upgraded and the previous airtime from the previous contract. This means I’ve been charged 2x airtime of 35£ since 2018 till the present date of for a contract I simply upgraded I’ve been trying for weeks to obtain my refund with no luck! Has anybody experienced this too?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
