Upgrade advice

I'd like to upgrade to Iphone 12, Any advice on how to get a good deal without leaving o2.  thanks

All you can do is call 202 and speak to upgrades to see what they can offer you.

You could also call customer service and tell them you're thinking of leaving O2 and see if they offer you anything better.  Below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
