I ordered an upgrade last night and paid £9.99 for delivery today, which was supposed to be between 6pm and 10pm. I have had confirmation from the delivery service that the phone will be coming tomorrow instead, which I could've selected for free. How, in the current covid situation, do I go about getting my same day delivery charge refunded? Thanks in advance.

I have tried to get through on 202 however I keep getting stuck on the "press one to report fraud or a stolen phone, otherwise visit myO2" and then it hangs up on me as the call centres are only handling urgent queries.
