Hi all

I upgraded to an Xperia 1 iii last week after paying off my previous device and couldn't get on with the xperia so for the first time in 20 years of being an 02 customer I contacted o2 to return the phone.

They sent me out a jiffy bag with Ingram micros address on it and I returned it last Thursday (I have proof of postage).

Just wondering how long they take to acknowledge receiving the device.

Thanks

@Blamelouis1

Usually takes at least 2 weeks.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Probably lay on the returns floor waiting for someone to get off their backside and scan it back into stock

It really shouldn't take this long to be credited back

They took the money within 10 minutes, so some things get done quickly.

Also remember there is a lack of drivers to deliver parcels into depots and onto customers to be opened and processed...

I doubt someone is sat on there **** being lazy, it will be in a queue to be processed....  If people dont like buying online goto the shop its that simple...

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
