Upgrade Returned - Usually how long before can reorder upgrade

Hi Guys,

   Me again... I purchased an upgrade to the iphone 11 pro max... and sorry for anyone who loves iphone but I hated it with a passion. So I returned it and to speed up the process I got the address and paid for Special Delivery. To be fair to RM they delivered today at 8.01am. How long should it take to reflect the return and allow me to order the Oppo Find X2 Pro. I spoke to O2 and the advisor said he could see it was marked as returned and he submitted the request to revert to my previous tariff with ability to upgrade again. He said this should only take a few hours but its still not reverted back after 12 hours...

 

Just wondering when I should expect to see it reflected so I can upgrade.

If they've done as they say, it will probably update overnight.
