Hi - I am upgrading to a new phone which takes 2 weeks to deliver.   At what point will the tariff change and how do I activate the new phone?  Want to be sure I don't lose coverage.   Thank you!

Nothing will change until your new phone is dispatched, your tariff wil then change on your current sim card, so you can use your sim in the new phone immediately.

If you want to use the new sim, you must do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update which can take up to 24 hours to complete, but is usually much quicker.
