Hi there, if i upgrade to a new phone, does my mobile number change or do i get to keep the current number i have? I would like to keep the number i have right now.

You keep the same number automatically.

Hi @AcePlays07

If you upgrade online or via a call to O2, the only thing that changes is the tariff or the phone.

You keep the same number and your same billing date simply because you are UPGRADING and not taking out a brand new contract.
