Upgrade Palarva!

I have been eligible for an upgade since Oct, but having tried several times I am now sick of getting passed pillar to post each time.

I have been with O2 for over 10 years and everytime I call them they tell me I'm on a Pay & Go deal (No I Am Not!) let me just check your details, oh no your not, let me pass you to another department! Why have I put up with this nonsense for 10 years?

I want to upgrade! I want an email address to comlain to! I want a proper service that I have been Paying for!

I want to leave but want to keep my number! Fed up with this!
