Hi, as of today, I can ‘upgrade on us’. However, I’ve had my purse stolen and my card stopped so I can’t pay the up front cost yet. Do I have to do this today or can it wait until I get my new card? Also, I have this dreaded flu so I’m confined to my bed so can’t get to the O2 Shop at the moment. Thanks.

Upfront costs need to be paid at the point of upgrading and cannot be added to future bills.
You also need to have your current phone assessed in store to confirm it’s value, so whilst you can do the upgrade process online, it can’t be completed until you visit a store.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
