Has anyone else had upgrade issues when trying to upgrade to Iphone 5?
I have spoke with re-contracts a number of times and they always tell me something different.
a) Cannot match O2 deals offered by online only ie e2save
b) The offer they give me is worse then ones advertised on O2 website site and store
c) They offer me 100MB of data saying this is best they can do
d) The offer they give me is time limited to there and then i either say yes or no and thats it locked in for 24 months
e) I get told the offer will be offered time and time again once promised.
There seems to be a lot of confusion within O2 as to what can be done and can't be done.
I lways pay my bill on time and in full by direct debit, have been O2 since cellnet days.

Hi,
Here's an idea.
Circumvent the online route and visit an 02 Shop or a Carphone Warehouse where I'm sure they will have something to offer.

Again informed the prices of contracts with other resellers through O2 can not be match or offered on O2

So as O2 can't match or provide me an offer at all for the iphone i will have to leave
